Upromise at Hy-Vee

Please contact your local Hy-Vee store for the free Hy-Vee Upromise card. The numbers from this card should be entered in the "grocery card" section of the Upromise website (www.upromise.com) so that your Upromise-eligible purchases at Hy-Vee can be used for educational savings through the Upromise program. The plastic card has three parts - a larger card and two smaller key ring cards. Any form of payment is accepted under the new Upromise program at Hy-Vee. Please remember to present your Hy-Vee Upromise card either before or during checkout as Upromise-eligible purchases cannot be registered once your checkout transaction is completed.
