We want to make our Hy-Vee Aisles Online grocery pickup and delivery service as convenient as possible for our customers. At participating locations, you can now add your mobile number when entering your fulfillment details during checkout to opt-in and receive text message updates about your order.

Here’s how it works. For pickup orders, we will let you know when your order is ready to be picked up. When you’re on your way to the store, simply text "GO" to let us know you are on the way and "HERE" to let us know when you are in the parking lot and we’ll bring your groceries right to your vehicle so you don’t have to wait.

When you opt-in for text notifications, you can also stay up-to-date on your delivery orders. On the day of your delivery, we’ll send you an estimated time for when your order will arrive. We also will let you know via text if there are any changes to the estimated delivery time.
