Support for Veterans

We are grateful for the service of our nation’s veterans. Through Hy-Vee Homefront Round Up, donations can help support our veterans and their families. The Round Up program allows customers to round up their grocery bill to the nearest dollar—or any amount—with the proceeds going to support designated Hy-Vee Homefront organizations. We are proud to partner with our customers by matching customer donations during the days surrounding Veterans Day, up to $100,000.

American Red Cross –
The American Red Cross shelters, feeds and provides emotional support to victims of disasters; supplies about 40 percent of the nation's blood; teaches skills that save lives; provides international humanitarian aid; and supports military members and their families. Puppy Jake Foundation is honored and thrilled to be selected as a recipient of the Hy-Vee Homefront Round Up initiative. Operation First Response serves wounded, injured and critically ill active duty service members and disabled veterans with emergency financial aid nationwide.
